Combining the Young and the Experienced to Succeed

By Dr. Juan “Jim” Sanchez

At Hospital On Wheels (HOW), we believe that the best results come from bringing together the energy of the young and the wisdom of experience.

The younger generation contributes enthusiasm, talent, and fresh ideas, while our senior doctors and health professionals provide knowledge, experience, and guidance.

Together, this collaboration creates a powerful team dedicated to serving communities and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals for long-term sustainability.

Our 433rd Hospital On Wheels Mission, held in Talisay, Batangas on March 7–8, 2026, was another meaningful success. Young and senior doctors, nurses, and health professionals from the Philippines and the United States(Filipinos and Filipino-Americans) worked side by side to bring much-needed medical care to the community.

Please see the attached photos from the mission.

Thank you and God bless everyone who helped make this mission possible.
